How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae or by visiting one of our Customer Happiness Centers.
Log in using your UAE Pass or proceed to the service counter.
Select “Issuance of a Replacement of a Lost Title Deed.”
Complete the application form and submit the required documents either online or to the Customer Happiness Centre representative.
If we need any modifications, you will receive a notification to update and resubmit your request.
Once we review your request and give initial approval, we will notify you to pay the required fees for replacement of Lost Title Deed and Attested Undertaking of Losing the Title Deed.
Based on the review results, you may be asked to pay for one of the following: -The Replacement of Lost Title Deed + Attested Undertaking of Losing the Title Deed. OR -The Attested Undertaking of Losing the Title Deed.
If you choose ‘Replacement of Lost Title Deed + Attested Undertaking of Losing the Title Deed,’ your request will go through a final review and once approved, you will receive the replacement of the lost title deed.
If you choose ‘Attested Undertaking of Losing the Title Deed,’ you will receive the attested undertaking document.
You will receive the final output by email if you applied through RAK Digital, or in person if you applied at a Customer Happiness Centre.

Ensure the person concerned or their agent signs the replacement record.
If the owner of the lost plot has passed away, register the property in the names of the heirs. You’ll need to provide a limitation of inheritance document, copies of the heirs' IDs, and the Power of Attorney if available. If there’s no Power of Attorney, heirs must sign the commitment personally.
Advertisement period for the lost title deed is 30 days from the date of publication in the official gazette.
