How Do You Apply?
Visit one of the Customer Happiness Centres of the Municipality Department within the Emirate to apply for the service and pay the initial and surveyor's fee.
Singn the exchange record, attach any additional documents requested later by the department, and await for the completion of internal procedures
The concerned party receives a message to pay the transaction fees for issuing the plan and the grant certificate or any additional charges
Await the finalization of the plan issuance procedures, and the concerned party will receive a notification when their request is fulfilled, and the plan is issued.

Initial service fee (non-refundable and payable upon application): AED 500
Survey report fees on the two parcels to be exchanged: AED 500 per parcel
Grant certificate fee (non-refundable and payable upon approval of parcel exchange and before receipt of sketch): AED 100
Bonus croquet fee (non-refundable and payable upon receipt of parcel disbursement and before receipt of the sketch): AED 100

What Terms and Limitations Apply?
Terms of Service:
The Plots Replacement is for a Grant.
The Plots are in the Same Area, but Neither is Included in the Confiscation.
Replacement of Plot shall not Contain any Inclusions or Construction Works Belonging to the People Concerned.
Other Grants have not been Provided to the People Concerned.
Restrictions:
Construction must commence prior to the expiration of the land plan period (Sketch).
Sale and relinquishment are prohibited for any reason, and government- granted land is restricted due to non-disposal.
The concerned individual is not eligible to receive another plot, whether for a standard grant or for the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program.
