How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service through your consultant at https://rakdigital.rak.ae by using your UAE Pass and select “Demolition Permit” to begin your application.
Submit the application through your consultant, upload the required documents, and pay the initial fees and deposit.
Schedule the inspector's site visit and pay the site visit fee.
The referred engineer will review the documents and approve the request if it meets the building regulations.
Pay the final fees through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer.
Once approved, the demolition permit will be issued electronically.

What Documents Do You Need?
Land Document (Sketch) : Affection plan and title deed (if required).
Building Permit : Previous Building Permit.
Emirates ID : A valid copy of the owner’s ID.
Trade License : Copy of Contractor’s Commercial License.
Construction Waste Permit: From Public Works and Services Department.
No Objection Certificate (NOC) : From Etihad Water and Electricity, Etisalat, and Wastewater Agency (for partial demolitions).
Approval of other Government : Obtain clearance from Etihad Water and Electricity, and secure No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from Etisalat Corporation and the Wastewater Agency in the case of a total demolition.
Commercial Invoice : For demolitions by the Public Works Department (skip Trade License and Waste Disposal Permit if invoice is attached).
Assignment Letter : Authorization letter from the owner to the consultant.
