This initiative invites all plot owners in Ras Al Khaimah (residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, governmental, etc.) who have existing buildings within their plots but not registered in the municipality systems, especially those built before 1 September 2025, to register their properties officially.


Fees and Exemptions

  • All registration, licensing, and penalty fees are waived for six months.

  • For residential and agricultural plots, a 500 AED fee applies, which includes preparation of required plans for licensing.


Required Documents

  • Emirates ID

  • Plot document (Cadastral map)

  • Completion certificate (if any)

  • As-built architectural drawings

  • Neighbor’s approval (if applicable)

  • Authorization form signed by the owner

General Conditions

  • The building must be entirely within the plot boundaries.

  • Unsafe or non-compliant buildings cannot be licensed.

  • Applications are not accepted for suspended or under-planning plots.
