You can apply for this service online at https://rakdigital.rak.ae using your UAE Pass and selecting “Register Property Units” to start your application.
Upload the required charts through the consultancy office and pay the inspection fee (if needed) within 24 hours to prevent automatic case closure.
An inspector will visit the building to confirm the number of rental units and verify their individual sizes.
The architect will review the request, and the consultant must complete any assigned tasks within 5 working days to avoid automatic case closure.
Upon the Chief Engineer’s final approval, pay the final fee via the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Centres.
Once the payment is made, submit the list of units and floor plans within 3 days; otherwise, the case will be closed.
You’ll get the approved unit drawings and the Building Units Statement electronically Pay?
Monitor Fee (if required): AED 15 x number of units (subject to a minimum of AED 100)
