How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae by using your UAE Pass and select “Cancel Tenancy Contract” to begin your application.
Fill in the application form and required information
lease contract must be signed by the lessor and lessee, either electronically using UAE PASS or manually by printing the contract and uploading it after signing it.
Upload all the required documents
Once your application is approved, cancelled lease will be issued + EWE move out request (clearance certification) for residential contracts.
