How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae by using your UAE Pass and select “Amend Tenancy Contract” to begin your application.
Fill in the application form, print the draft contract, and ensure it is signed by both the lessor and lessee.
Attach the signed contract along with all required documents.
Then pay the application fee and submit your application.
Await a notification from the Ras Al Khaimah Municipality to proceed with the payment of the contract attestation fee.
Pay the attestation fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Centre.
Once we verify your application, we will issue the certified lease contract and send it to your registered email or make it available for download on the website.

Emirates ID : Valid copies of IDs for both owner and tenant.
Trade License : If the contract is commercial or one of the parties is a company.
Approval of other Government : Site inspection form if it's a commercial contract and the Commercial Licence is provided for the first-time.
Power of Attorney : if one party is deceased and a representative acts on their behalf.
