Wait for a notification from the Ras Al Khaimah Municipality to proceed with the payment of contract attestation fees.
Pay the attestation fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Centers.
Once we verify your application, we will issue the certified lease contract and either send it to your registered email or make it available for download through the website.
