This service allows property owners to initiate a project by selecting the project type and assigning a consultant to manage the project on their behalf.

How Long Will It Take?
Not applicable, as the assignment is based on an agreement between the property owner and the selected consultant and does not require processing by RAK Municipality.
What Will You Get?
Project type identified as either Construction or Off-Plan.
Consultant successfully assigned to the project.
How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae/index.html using your UAE Pass.
Log in to RAK Digital using your UAE Pass and select the service “Assign Consultant” to begin your application.
Select the required parcel from the list of available parcels.
Search for and select the consultant using the Trade License Number, Business Partner, or Company Name.
Select the project type:
Off-Plan Project – A project that includes off-plan units intended to be sold before completion.
Construction Project – A project that does not include any off-plan units.
Review the details and submit the assignment request.
The selected consultant will receive the request and can either approve or reject the assignment.
Once approved by the consultant, the request will be completed, and the consultant will be assigned to the project.
