How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae by using your UAE Pass and select “Analysis Public Health (Products/Materials)” to begin your application.
Start your application by clicking on Start, then choose your applicant type (Individual/Personal or Establishment) and click Next.
If you select Establishment, you must choose the relevant establishment.
Enter your sample details, including sample code (if available), sample name, sample category (Environmental Laboratory or Food Laboratory) and objective of analysis (Compliance or Request).
If you select Compliance, you must also select the sample group, samples, and classification. The required tests will appear automatically according to specifications. You can add additional tests by selecting Add Analysis.
If you select Request, all options will be ad hoc, and you must add the required tests by selecting Add Analysis.
Complete the identification information fields according to the sample details. Review the full application and click Next.
Attach the required documents and add any notes if necessary. Then click Submit to send your application.
Receive a confirmation message with your application number and transaction number. You will also receive an SMS notification.
Once your application is reviewed and approved, receive a notification to submit your sample for analysis.
Deliver the sample to the laboratory department. The sample officer in the receiving area will verify that the sample matches the terms and conditions and the details in your application.
If your sample is accepted into the system, receive a payment notification via SMS. Pay the required fees through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Center.
After payment, receive a notification that your sample is under analysis. The laboratory will complete the required tests.
Once the analysis is complete, receive your report electronically via email or download it from the website.

What Terms and Limitations Apply?
Terms :
Submit samples in good physical condition, sealed tightly, with a minimum of 1 kg for solids and 1 liter for liquids.
Laboratory staff reserve the right to approve or reject your request. They will notify you of the reason for rejection by email and SMS. They also have the right to accept or reject the sample for testing and will inform you verbally if rejected.
Verify all information before submitting your application, as you cannot change any details after the final report is issued.
You may retrieve compliant samples if they weigh 10 kilograms or more OR are classified as expensive samples.
We retain samples for 7 working days after issuing the report and sending it to your registered email. We do not take responsibility for retrieving samples after this period.
The report results apply only to the sample(s) tested.

Dry specimens and water specimens: the temperature should not exceed 25°C.

To determine the conformity of water to the drinking water specification, the following tests are tested:
General appearance, Escherichia coli enumeration, E. coli e. etrus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa effigi in drinking water, water pH determination, residual free chlorine determination, dissolved solids determination. The total cost is estimated to be around AED 505 without tax.
To determine the conformity of honey to the honey specification, the following tests are tested:
General appearance, yeast and mold count, total sugars (honey), moisture determination, determination of hydroxymethylfurfaral-honey content, diasta enzyme activity as well as antibiotic residues (optional).
