1. You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae by using your UAE Pass and select “Health Certificate (Export)” to begin your application.
2. Fill in the application form, select the products registered in the system, enter the details including quantities, weights, and expiration dates, and upload all required documents.
3. Pay the due fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Center.
4. If there are any deficiencies in your application, you will be notified via SMS or email to make the necessary corrections and resubmit.
5. You’ll receive a completion notification via SMS and can also follow up on the request through the website
6. Once we review and approve your application, you will receive the health certificate via registered email or you can download it from the website.
