How Do You Apply?
1. You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae by using your UAE Pass and select “Register Public Health Product” to begin your application.
2. Fill in the application form and upload all required documents, including the product information card, laboratory analysis certificate, photos of the product and packaging, and any relevant claims certificates such as Halal, organic, GMO-free, or radiation-free. Show Less
3. Pay the due fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Center.
4. Once we review and approve your application, you will receive the product registration certificate via registered email or can download it through the website.
5. If the product does not meet the registration requirements, you will receive a notification explaining the deficiencies, and the application will be returned for correction and re-submission.
