You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae by using your business partner's UAE Pass and select “Occupational Health Certificate” to begin your application.
Fill in the application form, upload all required documents, and ensure that all conditions are met before submitting the application.
For certificate cancellation, attach the residence cancellation letter.
For new workers: Click “Add Worker,” enter digital ID or passport details, and wait for approval to list the new worker in the facility's register.
Once you receive an SMS confirming the medical exam schedule, proceed to Ras Al Khaimah Hospital.
The hospital updates the examination results in the system.
If approved, your request moves to the payment stage. If not, you’ll be notified for re-examination.
