How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae by using your UAE Pass and select “Approve/Amend Training Materials (Food Safety)” to begin your application.
Fill in the application form and upload all required documents.
Pay the fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer.
The training material is reviewed by the Food Control team within 3 working days. If it meets all requirements, the request is approved by the responsible employee. If any adjustments are needed, feedback will be sent to the customer for correction, and the request will be returned to the system. Show Less
The request is given final approval by the Manager of the Food Control Section.
A copy of the training material approval certificate, issued by the Public Health Department, can be received via the registered email address or downloaded from the website.
