How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae using your UAE Pass and select “Accredit/Renew Food Safety Training Company” to begin your application.
Fill in the required details and upload all necessary documents.
Wait for the SMS notification for the service fee payment to the registered number. You can also track the status of your request by accessing your transaction profile on the website.
Pay the due fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer.
If the request is incomplete, it will be returned to the customer to fulfill the requirements before resubmitting it to the system.
Once the application is complete and approved by the competent employee, it will be forwarded through the system to the Director of the Food Control Department for final approval.
Once your application is reviewed and approved by the Public Health Department, you will receive a digital copy of the accreditation certificate via your registered email or can download it through the website.
