How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae by using your UAE Pass and select “Approve/Renew Food Safety Trainer” to begin your application.
Fill in the application form and upload all required documents.
Wait for the SMS notification confirming the payment of service fees to the registered number.
You can track your request by accessing your transaction profile on the website.
Pay the due fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or the automated payment machines located at Customer Happiness Center.
The request is reviewed and processed by the responsible employee. If any deficiencies are found, it will be returned to the customer for correction and then re-entered into the system.
Once all documents are verified as correct, the request will be approved and forwarded to the Director of the Food Control Department for final approval.
The Director of the Food Control Department approves the application.
Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive a notification. Download the approval certificate through the website or via your registered email.
