This service allows licensed establishments in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah or other emirates that handle food, veterinary, or other consumer products related to public health and safety to obtain approval / a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for vehicles used to transport and distribute public health products. It is offered as part of RAK Municipality's Public Health Department suite of e-services, enabling applicants to submit, track, modify, and receive the required certificate entirely online.

What Will You Get?
A Letter of Approval for a vehicle transporting materials related to public health and safety.
A No Objection Letter (NOC) from Public Health and Safety Distribution.
How Do You Apply?
1) Visit the RAK Digital portal, select a language, and log in with UAE PASS.
2) Select the Corporate role and choose the establishment name (mandatory for corporate access).
3) Navigate: Government Entities > RAK Municipality > Public Health Department, then choose the service.
4) Review the service details and click Start.
5) Verify the applicant/establishment details.
6) Select the concerned section (Food Control / Veterinary Control and Services / Health and Environmental Control), enter the vehicle plate number (one vehicle per request), select vehicle type and source, and add an optional note - the fee displays automatically.
7) Upload the required documents (max 3MB per file; JPG, PNG, or PDF) and click Submit.
8) Review the details, choose a payment method, and pay.
9) Receive an SMS/email confirmation and track the request via 'Service Requests' until the NOC is issued (after GRA vehicle inspection).

What Terms and Limitations Apply?
Terms:
Applicant establishment must have a registered Business Partner account with the Public Health Department
Unregistered establishments must first complete the Business Partner Update Request
Corporate role and establishment must be selected at login to access the service
Only one vehicle plate number may be submitted per request
Once submitted, the application cannot be cancelled
Once payment is confirmed, the request cannot be undone
Registered contact details (email and mobile) must be kept up to date to receive notifications promptly.
Limitations:
This service covers the vehicle approval/NOC only
A separate vehicle inspection (conducted by GRA, with its own additional fee) is required after Municipality approval and before the NOC is issued
Only one vehicle can be submitted per application
The application cannot be cancelled once submitted, and payment cannot be reversed once confirmed
The service is limited to licensed/registered establishments and is not available to unregistered entities.
