How Do You Apply?
Log in to the RAK Digital portal using UAE PASS
select the Corporate role and choose the establishment
go to Government Entities > RAK Municipality > Public Health Department and select 'Issuance of a NOC for Disposal of Public Health Waste', then click Start
verify the applicant and establishment details
select the concerned section, enter the product type(s) and weight(s) (up to 10 items), and add any comments
upload the required documents
submit the request and pay the service fee
if an inspection is requested, pay the additional inspection fee so the inspection can be scheduled
receive the approved NOC by email and download it from the portal

What Terms and Limitations Apply?
Terms:
The service is available exclusively to establishments registered as corporate users on the RAK Digital portal unregistered establishments must first submit a Business Partner Update Request.
Up to 10 product items may be added per request, each with its type and weight.
Supporting documents must be attached in the specified format and size, and the required fee must be paid to submit the request.
If the reviewing officer requires additional information or documents, the applicant must respond and resubmit the request.
If an inspection is required, the case is forwarded to the inspection team, an additional fee applies, and the NOC is issued only after the inspection is completed and the report is reviewed.
Applicants are notified of all decisions - acceptance, requests for modification, rejection, or inspection requirement - by SMS and email, and the official NOC document is issued and made available once the request is approved.
Limitations:
The service is restricted to registered corporate establishments and is not available to individual or unregistered applicants.
A single request may include a maximum of 10 product items, and attached files are limited to 3 MB each in JPG, PNG, or PDF format.
Once a request is submitted it cannot be cancelled, and once payment is confirmed it cannot be reversed.
When an inspection is required, issuance of the NOC is conditional on completion of the inspection and payment of the related fee, and the certificate is not granted until the inspection report has been reviewed by the concerned department.
