Official Letter : Official Letter: A letter of commitment from the advertising company regarding the safety of installation and removal of the sign after the expiration of the permit period.
5.
A valid no-objection certificate from the (land/property) owner specifying the grace period if the flags are inside the plot.
6.
Attach the coordinates and location of the plot via Google Map.
7.
Assignment Letter : Assignment Letter: A letter of authorization from the beneficiary to the advertising company to install the signboard.
