You can apply for this service through your consultant at https://rakdigital.rak.ae by using your UAE Pass and select “Cancel Permit” to begin your application.
Fill in the application form, upload all required documents, and pay the initial fee.
If an inspector’s site visit is required, schedule the visit and pay the inspection fee.
Our referred engineer reviews the documents and approves the cancellation request if everything complies with regulations.
Pay the final fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer.
We will then cancel the permit electronically.
