How Do You Apply?
1.You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae by using your UAE Pass and selecting “Representative Card (New/Renewal)” to begin your application.
2.Fill in the application form, ensure that all conditions are met, and upload the required documents.
3.Once your application is submitted, we will review it. If there are any deficiencies, we will return the application for updates.
4.After approval, pay the service fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Centres.
5.Once the payment is confirmed, the representative card will be issued. You can collect it from the Customer Happiness Centre.

1.Official Letter : A stamped and signed letter from the office owner.

What Terms and Limitations Apply?
Terms :
Do not issue a Representative Card for a business operated by an individual.
You may issue, renew, or replace a representative card anytime before the expiry of the company’s commercial license—even if only one day remains.
You can not renew or replace cancelled cards.
You can count expired cards toward the company’s total card quota.
Issue a card only to someone officially representing the company; do not issue it to anyone acting on behalf of another without official authorization.
Limitations
Ensure the validity period of the delegate card matches the commercial license.
