Who is responsible for registering restricted consumer products with the Health and Environmental Control section?
The importer if located within the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and operating outside the free zone, or the manufacturer if located within the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, whether inside or outside the free zone.
What are the requirements for registering a consumer product with the Health and Environmental Control section?
Laboratory test report from an approved laboratory, a copy of the product label, and a product image.
What are the requirements for approving a pest control company with the Health and Environmental Control section?
Providing approved technical staff, an approved pesticide warehouse, and an approved service vehicle.

Yes, supervisors and technical workers are tested by the American University in Ras Al Khaimah.
