How Do You Apply?

  1. You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae or by visiting one of our Customer Happiness Centre.

  2. Log in using your UAE Pass or proceed to the service counter and select the “Property Document Investigation” service.

  3. Complete the required form and attach the necessary documents or submit them directly to a Mortgage Department representative at the Customer Happiness Centre.

  4. Wait for the review and approval of your request by the Customer Happiness Centre representative.

  5. Pay the service fee through one of the following methods: payment machines at Customer Happiness Centres or the mRAK Smart App.

  6. Once we approve your application, you will receive an electronic copy of the report via registered email and a printed copy from the Mortgage Department representative.
